The products I used for this card are "Angel of Ascension", a sentiment from "Gifts of Christmas set of 5" , Shimmering Bliss "Iridescent" and Nuvo Glitter Marker in Silver.
I used Prismacolor pencils to color the angel on light blue card stock. The sentiment was stamped in Archival "Watering Can" gray and a light coat of Shimmer Bliss was sprayed over the layer. I then added some dots of the silver Glitter Marker for "stars" and a star die cut, cut from glitter paper.
