Welcome to the November Tic, Tac, Toe challenge at The House That Stamps Built blog. These challenges are always fun to play around with because of the choices and the creative opportunities they offer. At least that's what I think about them.
I had some fun creating this card, using Distress Ink Oxide inks, water and some smooshing on a watercolor paper panel. After it was dry, I used stamps from the RI#10000 "Thanks" Series and stamped over the colored panel. Once that was complete, I used a wonky stitch die and cut the panel. To accent the sentiment, I thought it would be fun to use the long die from RI Flip Stitch Die Set and partially cut the "Thanks" portion of the sentiment out of the panel. I then sprayed the colored cs panel with some glitter spray I had, mounted the cut Thanks panel on dimension tape and remounted it back in place on the panel.
Here's the TTT Challenge board. Just select 3 items in an up/down or diagonal direction and create a card or project from what you've selected. I went horizontally across the center. "Water Colors, Stitching, Thanks".
All the detail can be found at THE HOUSE. I hope you'll join in on the fun.
