SEPTEMBER 2017 NEW RELEASE FROM TECHNIQUE JUNKIES

Helloooo Junkies, it's time for another new release from Technique Junkies Stamps and this one is really exciting on so many levels.

For this card I used "Greatest Oak" and "Autumn Set of 6" (I colord the leaves with MozArt brush markers) the bg was created with VersaMark Ink sponged through A Colorful Life "Square Fade" stencil.  

Stamps used in this card were "Autumn Set of 6".  The leaves were again colored with MozArt brush pens, stamped on a single layer, trimmed on the edge and layered against a colored cs panel.  

The stamp used on this card is "We're Flexible" which was heat embossed with white ep.  The background for this card was created with alcohol inks on mineral paper. 

The stamps used on this card are "Draped Ornaments"  and "Gifts of Christmas set of 5".  .  The ornaments were stamped on light blue colored cs and colored with Copic Markers.  Outlined with a clear gel pen.  The sentiment was heat embossed with white ep.

AUGUST 2017 SKETCH CHALLENGE AT THE HOUSE

Hello House Fans!  

Whenever there is a 5th Wednesday in the month, Wendy adds a sketch challenge to our monthly list of challenges.  These are not my favorites, as I struggle so much with sketches...but once I get into the challenge of it, I find out I enjoy the process.  So, being that this is the 5th Wednesday (and last) for August 2017 there's a sketch challenge for you over at The House That Stamps Built. 

The Repeat Impression Stamps I used for this card are a collection of stamps from RI#Flower Power Separates.  I colored them all with Copic Markers and used embossing folders and dies to build the sketch and frame the focal flowers. (there are two...one is stacked on top of the other).

CALENDULA THANKS

Hi there Junkies!!! 

So much "purty" going on with this awesome stamp, "Calendula", it's fun to color in any color medium you choose.  

My choice of medium was my MozArt Brush Pens.  These pens are much like the Zig brush markers but a whole lot cheaper.  I've had them and been using them for a while now and I really enjoy coloring with them and the colors are very vibrant.  

After coloring the Calendula, I added some detail with both white and black pens. The background color was created using Copic Markers.
