OCTOBER 2018 ANYTHING GOES CHALLENGE AT THE HOUSE THAT STAMPS BUILT

Hey there House friends!!!!

It's anything goes over at The House That Stamps Built.  Come on over and play along with us.

How fun is this witchy face?  I combined RI Stamp #2330-G "Witch Face" and 2301-I "Best Witches" to create this CAS Halloween card.

The witch face was first stamped on a white card panel.  I made a mask and masked each face as I stamped across the panel.  After coloring them with Copic Markers, I fussy cut them, leave about an eighth of an inch edge around the faces.  The panel was then adhered to another white card panel and again to a black panel to create an accent.  That panel was then adhered to a white base card and the sentiment was added.

For a final fun addition, I stamped the witch face on a scrap piece of white card stock and fussy cut it, colored it with Copics (as I did the others) and then mounted it with a wobble and put it right up front.

Thanks for stopping by today, I hope you found some inspiration and will join our challenge.  The details can be found at The House.

Check out my inspiring team mates....they have some awesome Anything Goes creations for you to see.

DAY 9 OF THIRTY DAYS OF CHRISTMAS FROM TECHNIQUE JUNKIES STAMPS

Hello Junkies!!! The clock is ticking....

It's DAY NINE of 30 Days of Christmas and all stamps from the Christmas category in the Technique Junkies Stamps store are discounted 20% from October 13th-November 13th.

BUT WAIT...THERE'S MORE...add my discount code TJ10CHERI to your purchase and you'll receive an additional 10% off, not only the Christmas stamps (already discounted 20%), but all other stamps and some supplies you purchase, (including the Shimmering Bliss Sprays).  Win/Win!

Today I'd like to showcase two of the fabulous stamps included in the Christmas Stamps discount, "Olive Branch" and "Season's Greetings".

To create this card, I stamped "Olive Branch" in Memento Ink "Bamboo Leaves" on a white card stock panel.  The berries/olives were colored in with a red Copic Marker and a gray Copic Marker was used to color shadows around each branch, giving it subtle dimension.  The entire panel was then die cut.  Before placing the die cut piece on a white base panel, I stamped the sentiment over the center of the branches using the incredible VersaFine Claire Ink in "Nocturne".

I hope you found some inspiration while visiting here today.  Don't forget to grab yourself some fabulous Christmas stamps from Technique Junkies Stamps store for the 20% discount and don't forget to add my personal discount for an additional 10% off those and any other stamps you might like in the store, including some supplies.
