Center Stage Spotlight Challenge Blog Hop

Hello and WELCOME
It's time for another CenterStage Spotlight Challenge Blog hop!

Hostess: Jessica Fick {Design Team Coordinator} Theme: Stamp and color the image on Patterned Paper { any occasion card acceptable, it doesn't have to be Christmas themed} { image may be cut out and layered, but must be stamped and colored on patterned paper} Requirement: any GinaK Designs stamp set & Glitter Bonus Challenge: decorate the inside of your card to coordinate

Here is my card for this blog hop.  I used several different GKD stamp sets to create this card:  The front door  and the stone walkway are from "The Journey", The christmas trees and the sentiment are from "Very Merry Christmas" and the inside line of Christmas bulbs is from "Vintage Borders".  I love the way so many of GKD stamp sets work together.  You can have so much fun creating different cards with only a few sets.  The papers are GKD Luxury Card Stock:  Pure White, All Spruced Up, Good as Gold and Rocket Red.  My stamps were stamped on Basic Grey, "Nook and  Pantry" with "Vintage Sepia", VersaFine Ink.  The glitter is Stickles "Tiara" and Sakura Gelly Roll clear pen.

Thanks for looking and click on the links to hop on over to see what the others are doing.  HAPPY HOPPING!!

An Unbelievable Honor

Yesterday, it was announced on Gina K Design's blog that myself and two other very talented ladies, Peggy Wainman  and Melissa Shultz , have been chosen to be members of the very elite and talented group of Center Stage Spotlight Design Team members on StampTV. We've been given the very exciting opportunity to be working with the newest stamps designed for Gina K Designs, due for release in the month of December, and there's a BIG release party on November 30, 2009, MONDAY NIGHT AT 10:00 at Split Coast Stampers I hope you'll all have a chance to be there and view the latest stamps from Gina K Designs and all the fantastic cards that will be created with these new stamp sets.  Check out Gina's blog and see the snippets she's previewing each day until the release party on MONDAY NIGHT.

I'm sworn to secrecy so I'm not going to tell you which set I've been assigned.....I must keep you in suspense.  However, I can tell you this....I'm VERY excited to be selected for this set; it's as if someone at GKD KNEW my inner soul.

Also, don't miss the Center State Spotlight Design Team Blog Hop tomorrow night, NOVEMBER 27 starting at 10:00 p.m.  The theme is Stamp and Color on Patterned Paper and all 3 of the new Center Stage Spotlight Design Team Members will be participating.   You can begin the hop on Gina's Blog or here and check out all the great projects at each blog site.  When you're here during the blog, please leave me a comment.  I'd love to hear from you.

Here's a card I made for the latest color challenge  by NinaB at Stamp TV .

Here's my card for the Gina K Design customer blog hop.  Since this is my first blog hop I hope I get it right.
My card was layered on Gina K Pure Luxury card stock papers; Ivory, Good as Gold and All Spruced up.  The stamp is Festive Frame by Melanie Muenchinger.  I embossed with Ranger, Super Fine Detail Gold embossing powder.  I embellished with Stickles and Sakura clear Gelly Roll pen.  I added some GKD ribbon and that's it.

Now, link back here to Gina K's blogsite and link to another fantastically, creative stamper on StampTV.  Enjoy!!!
