It's the last Wednesday of the month of March and we've got an Anything Goes Challenge for you at The House That Stamps Built. Come on over and play along!!!
I created 2 masks with the peach stamp to get the bouquet cluster. Using watercolor paper and Distress Ink Antique Linen, I stamped the peaches on the panel. I used my watercolor pens to color the images and background. For final dimension and texture, I splattered white gouache over the panel before layering it on a peach colored card stock layer and adding a few sequins. My inspiration came from watching a video by Debby Hughes on YouTube.
Come on over and play along with our ever popular "Anything Goes Challenge". You can enter all of the challenge for this month too and get into a drawing for a $25.00 gift certificate for some fabulous Repeat Impressions Stamps.
Need more ideas for inspiration...visit my incredibly talented team mates' blogs.
Thanks so much for stopping by. See you at THE HOUSE!

This is amazing, such beautiful coloring and dimension with your no line coloring, like the white gouache also! Off to watch the video!
Oh Cheri, you've done it again.....created a masterpiece with your RI stamps! I love how you masked and stamped your peaches and the water-coloring is so pretty!
So pretty - the peaches look so life like - and so ready for some fresh peaches - but going to have to wait a while for them. Love the gouache splatters - although I have never heard of it, will have to go look it up.
Gorgeous!!
