JULY 2018 INSPIRATION CHALLENGE AT THE HOUSE THAT STAMPS BUILT

Hello House Friends!!!  It's time to get inspired by another inspiration challenge from The House That Stamps Built.  This is such a fun challenge and I hope you'll play along.

I used RI Stamps #1020100001-W "Flower Power Background", and "So Much " from RI # 10000 from the unmounted "Thanks" set.  The "Thanks" die I used on this card is from Simon Says Stamp, "Script Thanks"

The background was created using the stained glass technique, which I love for bold backgrounds like this.

INSPIRATION CHALLENGE AT THE HOUSE SEPTEMBER 2017

 Hi there house friends,

We've got an inspiration challenge for you today at The House That Stamps Built, and it's a beauty!  Here's a card I made using the inspiration palette.  

The stamps I used are RI#504-L  "Peaches", one of my all time favorite Repeat Impression stamps.  I stamped and colored it twice, one I fussy cut and popped up for added dimension.  I colored the peaches with my MozArt water color pens and did a watercolor wash background with them as well.  The sentiment is RI#2525-G "You're The Best".  I hand drew the "branch" and added some copper toned sequins to finish off the design.  

You can see from the inspiration palette I used some of the design but mostly the colors to complete my card.

ANYTHING GOES AT THE HOUSE THAT STAMPS BUILT

Hey there blog friends....it's the all time favorite challenge this week....ANYTHING GOES...at The House That Stamps Built.  

I have to tell you, I totally CASE'd this idea from Heather Telford and this card.  My colors are different but the sweeping look of those watercolors just stole my heart away.  

The stamps I used were RI#1203-F "Happy Valentines Day" and RI#101-P "Rose Heart Wreath"
