Here we are with a new month and a new designer's choice challenge at The House That Stamps Built. This month Esther has a challenge for us and it's "to use a jar"!
One of my most favorite Repeat Impressions Stamps is RI#708-K "Rebecca". She's so inspiring and can be interpreted in so many ways...she has a mystical aura about her. Since St. Patrick's Day is coming, I created her as an Irish girl remembering her homeland after fleeing with her family from the potato famine of the 1800's. The sentiment is RI#3905 "Where We Love" a beautiful quote from Oliver Wendell Holmes. The jar is RI #9701-S "Jar with Lid".
Come on over and play along with Esther's challenge "Just Jars". You can find out how to enter the challenge and what you could win, at THE HOUSE.
To see oodles more great inspiration using Jars check out these incredibly talented ladies.
Thanks so much for stopping by.

I love what you did with your jar, Cheri! So creative and lovely! Love the way you used the sentiment as well....as always, simply beautiful!
This is stunning - would never thought to do what you did with the jar. Coloring and shading around the jar is perfect. And the sentiment is perfect.
Sure reminds me of little house on the prairie!
How creative to put Rebecca in a jar - such a beautiful card, your coloring and the glow are stunning!
Seriously fabulous! Your coloring is amazing too!
Oh, Cheri, this is just stunning (again)!! You have really been stepping it up lately! Such a genius idea to put that sweet little girl in the jar and your coloring is amazing! Love how you did the sentiment, so much more interesting that just stamping it.
