OPERATION WRITE HOME CELEBRATES WORLD CARD MAKING DAY

Hello blog friends....big day....WORLD CARD MAKING DAY....celebrating with OPERATION WRITE HOME BLOG HOP!

LINK HERE
Thanking our heros for all they do.

I chose to make one card for any hero and another card for a hero to send home.  (I'll make others but these are the ones I'm showing you for the hop).

I followed this sketch #143 for the card I made for any hero

For the second card I used a sketch #B12 from the Bonus list

Keep hopping....there are some great blogs and loads of inspiration!!!

Thanks so much for stopping by.

I made a card first using that top sketch, but was truly unimpressed, so I switched to a different sketch. But I have to say, your card is sooooo much cuter than mine was. Thanks for sharing.

I love your cards! They both have such bright colors and I love the thin stripes and tiny stars on the first card.

Both these cards are so cute! I love how you did the diagonals on the first one!

They're both wonderful and I really like your paper choices and the way you changed up the ink colors on the first sentiment! Your first sketch is one of my faves; I almost used it for mine, then went with one that I belatedly realized wasn't actually a real sketch card. Oops.

Super work! Your first card is a great take on what I thought was a challenging sketch. Nice papers and the sentiment going al the way across work really well. Glad you were able to join in the hop. Thanks for supporting OWH!
