Here it is Monday and once again it's time for the stamp of the week offer at The House That Stamps Built.
If you're not familiar with the SOTW from Repeat Impressions/The House That Stamps Built, it's an opportunity for you as a follower of their blog to purchase the featured stamp and add it to your collection for 50% off the retail price. Wendy makes this offer EVERY Monday with a different stamp. So sit back and let Karen, Makiko, Patti and myself show you what we created with this week's featured stamp "Under the Sea" #2423-L.
After sponging the bg with DI and coloring the image with Copic Markers, using Spellbinder Classic Oval Dies, I cut a large oval out of mirror paper and a smaller oval of my image. CS - GKD Pure Luxury white and "blue raspberry" layering weight. (which I ran through my embossing machine with an ef). For accent, I placed the "net" ribbon behind the oval and then added the "silver nail" embellishments and added Stickles to the bubbles. I chose not to add a greeting to the card yet, as I thought it could be used for many different occassions.
So happy you came by and I hope you'll come back.
