REPEAT IMPRESSIONS STAMP OF THE WEEK

Hi blog friends!

Happy Memorial Day!
Today is the day we in the USA set aside to remember those who served in our military and gave their lives for the freedoms we cherish.

At the same time we honor those men and women and their families who are currently serving and continue to perserve those freedoms.

Please take some time today to reflect on freedom, what it means to you and the price paid to keep it.

Thank you!!

Don't you just love Mondays?   Sure you do!  It's the day The House That Stamps Built offers one of their fabulous stamps for 50% off the retail price!  Every week, without a hiccup, they make the 50% off deal.  It's called Stamp of the Week!  You can collect some fabulous rubber for your collection on Mondays at a discount....how cool is that?

Mark Mondays on your calendar and check out  Repeat Impressions and The House That Stamps Built blog for 50% off the featured stamps.
This week we're showcasing this fantastic sentiment stamp and since it's the season for graduations and weddings, this stamp works so well for cards.  I'm sure you will come up with some creative and fabulous ideas of your own.

Head on over to The House That Stamps Built and snag the code that Wendy is providing and get this fantastic sentiment stamp #3101-J and get creating something fabulous.
For this card I was thinking "Graduation".  I used some legal pad dp and cut it, punched the three holes and rounded the corners before stamping the sentiment on my "page".   I then used DI "Antique Linen" to "age" the edges.

I'm entering the above card on Lily Pad for the Simon Says Star Challenge

I wanted to create a totally different card with this stamp and am showcasing it over at Outlawz this week as my card for the CAS DT "What You Love" Challenge.

Please visit the DT showcasing this stamp for even more inspiration

Thank you so very much for stopping by -  and Kecia, I'm praying for you and your hubby.

Thanks for the note on Memorial Day. My dad served in WWII, and I always spend some time thinking about him today.

Thanks for the tribute! My dad also served in WWII...I remember him {though he did not pass in the war} on this day each year.
