FB Oldies But Goodies Blog Hop

Hi blog hop friends,

This is my first OBG FB blog hop and I hope I'm doing this right.   If I've done this right, you should have hopped here from Maria Matter's blog JoyfulStamper.  You can see the whole hop from the beginning at Heather Dennis' blog.
The rules of this hop are Create a project with at least 1 item that you have had in your supplies but have not used in 6 months.

My card is made using a stamp from Gina K Design called "Gleefully Yours"  illustrated by Nina Brackett and I think it makes a great birthday card for a guy or a girl.

Details:  CS GKD Pure Luxury Chocolate Kiss and Creme de Menthe.  The image was stamped with Versamark and embossed with white ep.  Die cut with Nestabilities Labels and Fancy Tags.  I used Prismacolor Pencils and OMS to color the image.

Thanks for hopping by, now hop on over to Linda Reed Anderson's blog and see her fabulous creations.

Wow Cheri, this is awesome! I love the technique you used to stamp in white and color with the pencils. It really compliments this juke box image nicely. Perfectly, actually. Enjoy the hop today. Thanks for sharing your card with us.

I'm lovin' that juke box! The negative of the die cut it the perfect frame for it. Heat embossing is always a great touch and it all comes together for a wonderful card!

Great card Cheri!! Great technique and colors you chose.I just love the jukebox. My Mom has one in the basement, that we used to have at our Pizza Place in the 70's. Thanks for bringing up that memory for me!!

Love it - what a great card, colors and layout are fabulous. LOL remembering how we dropped those quarters in the jukebox growing up......now we hit a small button on an i-pod to rock out with.
