Tina's Color Challenge

Happy 4th of July Weekend!  "O'er the land of the free and the home of the brave"!  God Bless America!  Celebrate and enjoy fun times!

It's time to play along with another StampTV Mix It Up Monday challenge and this time the challenge comes from my DF and StampTV DT member Tina Gilliand.  She's challenged us to create a card or project using these colors, pink, ivory and grey.

What a gorgeous combination of colors.

I made a CAS card for this challenge and here it is along with the details.

I used the technique of paper piecing for the vases from Theresa Momber's Vogue Vases set with Basic Grey "Hopscotch".  The pussy willows were stamped with Memento Rich Cocoa.  I took a Copic marker R21 and barely touched each bud with it then highlighted each one with a Sakura Gelly Roll clear pen.  The card stock is all Gina K pure luxury, Ivory, Bubble Gum Pink and Moon Lit Fog.  Before stamping the vase images, I scored "shelves" with my Score Buddy to set them on.  You may not be able to see that in this photo, but they're there.

Thanks for peeping!
Cheri
