Oh Boy!!!

Hello my blog friends!

I'm back and I thank you for sticking with me and for your notes of concern!  Let me catch you up.  Friday night, at 10:20 p.m. (Memorial Day weekend) we were notified that my mother (who has Alzheimer's and lives in a residential facility) fell and may have broken her hip and they were taking her to the hospital via ambulance.  My husband and I were at the hospital until 2:00 a.m. before she was admitted and moved to a room on the critical care floor.  She was operated on early Sunday morning - her hip was reconstructed and in two days she was moved to a rehab center.  This has been related in "fast forward".  The good news is that she is doing well and is recovering and the rehab is going incredibly well to get her back on her feet and walking.  This turn of events has consumed my time and I'm happy to be available to her for support, and that's where I've been.  I wouldn't want to be anywhere else....my mom is my best friend and yesterday she turned 86 years old.

My creative time has been so minimal - however - this weekend there is a StampTV inspirational blog hop, and I'm playing.  I hope you'll come back and check out all the fabulous creations on each hop.  I know you're going to love what you see - just based on the great inspiration.

I have a card for you - I've been playing with some new stamps called "LaBlanche".  They are made in Germany of silicone.  Here's a card I made using their Peony stamp.

Thanks so much for stopping by - please come back this weekend for the hop.

Hugs,

Cheri

Hi
They are lovely stamps. I have some in my collection and was lucky enough to receive two from a friend for my birthday just the other week. They stamp so brilliantly.
A lovely card.
