WHAT IF? WEDNESDAY AUGUST 2016 COLOR CHALLENGE

Hey there blog friends!

It's the first of August already.....our summer in Maine is fast receeding.  We only get about 3 months...if we're lucky...but we make the most of it.

Time for the color challenge at The House That Stamps Built!

I just love, love, creating with these color choices and have used them so often...for this challenge I used the awesome new background floral stamp RI#10201-W Flower Power Background.  The sentiment is one I use often for cards to friends. I just love it's font and size. RI#1112-E "Just a Note".

To creat this card, I stamped with black Momento ink onto gray cardstock (sorry, I'm not sure of the company).  I first colored the images in with my white PrismaColor Pencil and then for the pink, I chose a dark Copic Marker in the RV group for the pink hightlight.  I added some white enamel accents and more little dots with my Viva Pearl Pen in "lavendar".

We hope you'll play along...you can join and link up with us at The House.

The best part our challenges is seeing what other's created.

Take a peek and at what these awesome ladies have for you.
