WHAT IF? WEDNESDAY COLOR CHALLENGE AT THE HOUSE THAT STAMPS BUILT

Hi there, blog friends!!!! 

 Oh, how I love color challenges and I'm doing a happy dance today because it's the challenge this week at The House!!! 

At first sight, this color combination rattled me (okay...I'm blonde...LOTS of things rattle me!) I did all sorts of searches on the Internet and found tons and tons of inspiration and that was a portion of what I was looking for.  However, my complete inspiration came when I found this technique posted by Jennifer McGuire.  

I used Jennifer's Distress Ink technique instead of Copics for this image.  I wanted more of a deeper blending.  The stamps uses were RI# 4321-J "Swan Love" and #1211-J "So Faith".

    Gorgeous!!! It's amazing how those colors blend together and really pop against all the white. Love that scalloped border.

    Another beautiful card SS. You have done a fabulous job with the colouring. Perfect sentiment. Love the scalloped border and that bow. Life has been a bit hectic and play time scarce. Hope to play again at the House this month.
