STAMPTV CSS INSPIRATION BLOG HOP

Hello blog friends!!!

The StampTV CSS group is here to take you on an inspiration blog hop inspired by super talented Vicki Dutcher -

If you've come here from the very talented Betty's blog you're on track.  If not, link to the BEGINNING and take the hop in sequence and you'll be sure not to miss one fabulous creation using this inspiration.

Here is a card I created inspired by Vicki's photo

I was mostly inspired by the texture and the colors.  I wanted to try and bring in the leafy flourishes, loved the woven bg yet, true to what often happens...what I start with and what I finish with, aren't always the same.  I chose a fun technique in the most recent Technique Junkies Newsletter for the focal bg called "Designer Grouted Tiles" and then chose an older GKD stamp set by Asela Hopkins called "Pretty as a Peacock" which I colored with Copic Markers and "Garden Silhouettes" (for the sentiment).  The papers are GKD Pure Luxury White, Tourquois Sea, Fresh Asperagus and Sweet Corn.

Now take a hop over to my friend and super creative lady, Geri's blog and get a gander at what treat she has in store for you.

Thank you for stopping by - Enjoy the hop!
