STAMP OF THE WEEK AT REPEAT IMPRESSIONS

Here we are with another Stamp of the Week from Repeat Impressions, blog friends!!!  Whoohoo.  Another opportunity to grab an RI stamp at 50% off the retail price.

Here's a card I created with this adorable stamps

After sponging the embossed panel with ink I decided it needed some more color and thought about adding a rainbow with some Pebbles Pastel Chalks I have.  I loved the results.  I then adhered my stamped and colord image of the fairy on popdots and finally added some Viva Pearl Pen dots for "moisture" effect.  The sentiment I used is RI # 3924-G "Friends Together".
