Designer's Choice Challege at Repeat Impressions

Happy New Year, blog friends! 
I wish you all good health and great happiness in 2013! 

It's time for another designer's choice challenge at Repeat Impressions/The House That Stamps Built and this time it's Joy's turn and she has challenged us to create a card showing snow.   This past week, we had a big nor'easter that dumped over a foot of fresh snow on us so it was easy to get in the mood to create a "snow" card. 

Lots of sledding going on these days with school out and all this fresh snow on the ground.  I couldn't resist using this stamp #2104-H "Boy with Sled".  I also used last week's What If? Wednesday's D2612 sketch for the bg.  I'm getting a lot of milage out of the sentiment stamps #4306-F "Got Snow".

All participants will be automatically entered into our random drawing. Then on January 9th we will post a new challenge. Once we start our February challenges we’ll announce the winner for January. One lucky person will win a $25 Repeat Impressions Gift Certificate!

    Cheri, this is such a nice card. I'm liking the softer colors on this and the dry embossing truly adds to your card. Nicely done!

    Hi ya, girl! This is so pretty! Love the soft colors, and I totally enjoy a pretty, snowy card! Great idea to have the embossed snowflakes peeping out behind your paper strips, and love the embossed flakes on your image! Perfect, my friend!
