Vintage Page Designs Bird Kits Are Available
Oh, my my, blog friends! You won't believe these gorgeous vintage bird kits Ali Manning is offering for sale at Vintage Page Designs Etsy Shop. Ali has amassed a fabulous collection of true vintage images, emphenera and vintage book pages and they are all limited, different and unique. What a delight to create with Ali's "finds".
Today we're showcasing these fabulous vintage bird kits. And offering you a challenge to create a project using a bird image.
Your project can take any form - an ATC, card, scrapbook or journal page - you choose. And you can use any media - paper, fabric, stamps, ink, paint etc. Go to town and have fun. Post your creation here by May 31, 2012 and Ali will randomly draw 3 lucky winners, who will all receive this Neutral Seam Binding Collection. So come join the fun and help Ali celebrate Vintage Page Designs Etsy shop.
Did you ever see vintage bird books in antique stores (or at your grandparents' home)? I wanted to try and re-create one of those books with this image of an Icterine Warbler. The image, as well as some pages from a bird book came with my kit from Ali's Etsy shop. I found myself reading all about this unique and rare bird. I'm a backyard birdder and love this kit - this card is going to dear birdder friend who I know will love it.
Thanks for stopping by and thank you for your lovely comments.
