Designer's Choice Challenge
It's a Designers Choice Challenge over at The House that Stamps Built and you're invited to play along. Miriam has challenged us to use heat embossing on our card or project. The Rock Stars have created some wonderful inspiration for you so take a peak and we all hope you'll join the fun......you could win $25.00 worth of FABULOUS stamps from Repeat Impressions. You don't need to use an RI stamp, but if you do, you'll be entered twice in the challenge.
Here is my card using heat embossing.
I love that RI Butterfly(#9001). After stamping this beautiful butterfly on vellum with VersaMark ink, I then covered it with Ranger Fine Black EP and heat embossed it. Turning it over, on the back side, I then colored the wings with Copic markers. The background was made with CuttleBug EF, Memory box die and Prima flowers I colored with Copic markers. The sentiment is also an RI stamp #8614. The cardstock is Gina K Pure Luxury, White and Green Apple.
Don't forget, also at Repeat Impressions there's a sketch challenge you can enter until Wednesday and a Stamp of the Week offer to purchase the stamp of the week for 50% off. So, make sure you check out The House That Stamps Built blog, for all the details and from there you can link to the entire list of Repeat Impression Stamps.
Thanks so much for stopping by. Enjoy each of the Rock Stars inspiring heat embossed projects.
Cheri
