No Joke - April Fool's Day!
This was the view from my house yesterday (April 1) as the April Fool's Nor'easter traveled through here and dumped all this white stuff on our spring hopes.
Today is a better day! Sun shine and high 40's. Yay!!! The snow is melting.....

Cheri, that is the great thing about April snow storms...they don't last long. We are having wind and snow flurries here in VA and I am so ready for Springtime. Hope it is all gone soon.

ReplyDeleteSo sorry to see all that! Spring has been here in the Deep South for about a month, and it is SO Beautiful (sorry, not trying to rub it in!). The azalias have been in full bloom, Tulip trees were 2 weeks ago and many many more. Wish you were in Southwest Louisiana! Everything is so green and full of many colors!
ReplyDeleteThis is why we left the Boston area after 35 years for a more mild Delaware. Not very warm here yet (50's and windy) but none of that white stuff. Not as nice as the south though. Just daffodils and forsythia in bloom so far.
